Every Story is different, but the way we treat people should not be. These are the promises we are building TouchYourWorld around.
Story and sponsor funding follow a clear Stripe-managed structure.
For successfully settled contributions that are not refunded, reversed or charged back, TouchYourWorld does not deduct a platform percentage.
Each $1 Contribution Touch you use is allocated in full to the Story you choose.
A $10 purchase gives you 10 Touches, which you can allocate across eligible Stories or all to one.
Standard payment-processing fees are initially funded separately and are not deducted from those Story allocations.
Payment funds are collected, processed and settled by Stripe. TouchYourWorld does not store full card numbers.
TouchYourWorld does not operate a bank account or withdrawable cash balance for members.
TouchYourWorld Technologies Ltd does not receive Story, campaign, beneficiary or unused Touch money as operating revenue.
Sponsored Touches and campaign awards follow the same Stripe-approved structure.
Money is only paid after the recipient and Story have passed the required checks.
User and sponsor funding are collected, processed and settled by Stripe.
Identity, eligibility, banking and required KYC/KYB checks must be completed.
Payment may only be made to an approved bank account belonging to the verified recipient or legal entity.
A Story should not simply disappear when its Touches stop.
After a Story ends, people should be able to return and see the final result and, where possible, an update about what happened next.
You Touched it. You should be able to see what happened.
If our payment, verification or payout arrangements change, our public explanations and policies will be updated too.
Story allocations should not be quietly reduced by platform percentages.
People should be able to understand where funding went and what happened.
Fraudulent, misleading and abusive activity should be investigated.
People choose whether, where and how they participate.
TouchYourWorld should be a happy place where people choose what matters to them.
TouchYourWorld works when people use it honestly and respectfully.
Create Stories that represent what is genuinely happening.
Do not use Stories to attack, shame or exploit somebody else.
Do not manipulate voting or create fake activity.
If your Story succeeds, help the people who Touched it see what happened.

About Contribution Touches
Contribution Touches are participation rights used within TouchYourWorld.
They cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn as cash.
A Touch is a non-transferable participation right used within TouchYourWorld. A Contribution Touch allows a member to direct the corresponding contribution to an eligible Story. Touches cannot be sold, traded, transferred between members or withdrawn as cash.
Purchased Contribution Touches remain available in your account until you choose to use them. They are not automatically allocated or redistributed after a fixed period. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
