Formal complaints

If you need to raise a formal complaint about TouchYourWorld:

  1. Submit your complaint by email to the address below.
  2. Include your account email, what happened, when it happened, any Story or transaction references, and the outcome you are seeking.
  3. Do not include full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time passcodes.
  4. TouchYourWorld will acknowledge and investigate the complaint.
  5. Where a payment issue involves Stripe, escalation through Stripe’s process may also apply.
  6. Using this complaints process does not affect your legal rights.
