About TouchYourWorld
TouchYourWorld is a social participation platform where people come together to Care, Share and Dream.
You can discover Stories, vote in TouchYourWorld Campaigns, contribute directly to Stories you care about, create a Story of your own and follow what happens next.

Share is about celebrating, spoiling and helping the people who make Your World special.
Dream is about ideas, goals, wishes and adventures.
Every Story belongs somewhere in Care, Share or Dream.
A Story is something that someone wants the TouchYourWorld community to discover, vote for or support.
There are two main kinds:
Vote Stories use free Vote Touches and are connected to official TouchYourWorld Campaigns.
Contribution Stories receive $1 Personal or Sponsored Contribution Touches directly.

A Touch is simply the way you participate in someone else’s Story.
There are three types:
Vote Touch — a free vote.
Contribution Touch — $1 that you choose to allocate to an eligible Contribution Story.
Sponsored Contribution Touch — the same $1 of support, but funded by a sponsor instead of you.
Votes & Contribution Touches
Yes.
A Vote Touch costs nothing and has no monetary value. You do not need to buy Contribution Touches to vote, and buying Contribution Touches cannot improve a Story’s position in a Vote Campaign.
Your vote is free — but has impact.
Not always.
Public visitors can cast eligible free Vote Touches without creating an account. An account is required for activities such as purchasing or allocating Contribution Touches and creating or managing Stories.
One Contribution Touch represents $1 of support for an eligible Contribution Story.
When you use one, you choose which Story you want that $1 contribution to support.
Contribution Touches cost $1 each.
The minimum purchase is currently 10 Touches for $10, and prices are shown in US dollars.
You can use your Touches across different eligible Stories or use several on one Story.
No fixed expiry applies to purchased Contribution Touches.
They remain available in your account until you choose to use them, subject to the Terms of Use.
They are not automatically allocated to a Story just because time has passed.
No.
Touches are participation rights inside TouchYourWorld. They are not cash, cryptocurrency or an investment.
They cannot be withdrawn, sold, traded or transferred to another member.
Normally, no.
Once you allocate a Contribution Touch to a Story, it is committed to that Story.
Exceptions may sometimes be necessary because of fraud, a technical error, a refund, a payment dispute, Story removal, failed verification or legal requirements.
The current platform limits a person to one Touch on the same Story per day where that limit applies.

Sponsored Touches, Campaigns & Activations
A Sponsored Contribution Touch is a real $1 Contribution Touch that has already been funded by a sponsor.
You get to decide which eligible Contribution Story receives it.
The sponsor provides the money. You choose where the Touch goes.
Sponsored Contribution Touches are currently valid for 30 days.
If unused, they return to the sponsor-funded pool in accordance with the sponsor and payment arrangements so they can be used again.
Sponsored Touches cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
TouchYourWorld and its sponsors can award Sponsored Touches through different experiences on the platform.
Currently, creating your own Story also gives you 5 Sponsored Contribution Touches to start Touching other people’s Contribution Stories.
Campaigns are official TouchYourWorld participation experiences that run for a defined period.
They contain Vote Stories, and your free Vote Touch helps determine which Story receives the sponsor-funded Campaign reward.
Campaigns have their own published rules, dates, eligibility requirements and rewards.
An Activation is a special TouchYourWorld experience built around a particular moment, community, partner or event.
For example, an office selfie, coffee-shop experience or other special participation event may be an Activation.
Activations can connect people into a wider TouchYourWorld Campaign, but they are not themselves Campaigns.
Each Campaign publishes its own rules, including how votes are counted, how winners are determined, what happens in a tie and what sponsor-funded reward is available.
Invalid, automated, duplicate or manipulated votes may be removed.
Winning does not automatically mean money is paid immediately. The recipient must still complete the required eligibility and verification process.
Creating a Story
You must be 18 or older to create or manage a Story on TouchYourWorld.
Stories must be truthful, lawful, appropriate for TouchYourWorld and comply with the applicable category and platform rules.
Creating a Story does not automatically guarantee publication, funding or payout.
Yes, provided you have the necessary authority or permission to do so.
You should never publish someone else’s private information, images, videos or personal circumstances without the appropriate permission.
An adult may create a Story for the benefit of someone under 18 where the necessary parent or legal-guardian permission exists.
Any financial benefit must be handled through an eligible and verified adult, organisation or legal representative.
Vote Stories are designed to be quick, visual and easy to participate in.
A Vote Story uses media — an image or video — and a title.
Vote Stories belong to an official TouchYourWorld Campaign.
Contribution Stories can contain media, a title and the Story itself.
They are standalone Stories where people can choose to allocate Personal or Sponsored Contribution Touches directly.
No.
TouchYourWorld may review, pause, reject or remove Stories that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with the purpose or rules of the platform.
Additional information or evidence may also be requested before a Story continues or before money is paid out.
Reaching a target or the end of a Story does not automatically trigger a payout.
The Story must remain eligible, the underlying funding must be valid and the recipient must successfully complete the required TouchYourWorld and Stripe Connect verification before an eligible payout can take place.

Money, Payments & The 100% Principle
That is our 100% Principle.
For successfully settled Contributions that are not refunded, reversed or charged back, TouchYourWorld does not deduct a platform percentage from your Story allocation.
If you use one $1 Contribution Touch, the full $1 is allocated to the Story you chose.
Standard payment-processing fees are currently funded separately rather than being deducted from that Story allocation.

Every $1 Contribution Touch allocated to a Story means $1 goes to that Story.
TouchYourWorld does not deduct platform fees, payment processing fees or commissions from the Story’s allocation. Those costs are handled separately.
Where a payout is made in another currency, the recipient will receive the equivalent value in their payout currency.
Contribution payments are processed securely by Stripe.
TouchYourWorld does not save any card details.
Contribution Touches are credited only after Stripe confirms that payment was successful.
When you purchase Contribution Touches, you are making a contribution to TouchYourWorld CIC.
When you later use a Touch, you tell TouchYourWorld CIC which eligible Story you want the corresponding contribution to support.
Eligible payouts are made through Stripe Connect.
Before receiving funds, the recipient must complete the required identity, eligibility, banking and KYC/KYB verification.
Payment can only be made to an approved payout account belonging to the verified recipient or legal entity.
It protects everyone.
Verification helps ensure that money is being paid to the correct person or organisation and allows required identity, banking, fraud, sanctions and other compliance checks to take place.
The payout may be paused or may not proceed.
The affected funds are then handled according to the applicable refund, payment-provider and alternative-allocation rules.
They do not simply become TouchYourWorld Technologies Ltd revenue.
No platform percentage is deducted from eligible settled Story allocations under the 100% Principle.
TouchYourWorld’s commercial business is funded separately rather than quietly taking a percentage from every Contribution Touch.
The commercial side of TouchYourWorld can earn revenue separately through things such as sponsorships, brand partnerships, advertising and technology or platform services.
Story, Campaign and beneficiary money is kept separate from TouchYourWorld Technologies Ltd’s operating revenue.

TouchYourWorld CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales and handles the platform’s social-purpose activity.
TouchYourWorld Technologies Ltd builds and operates the technology and commercial side of the platform.

Do not assume that they are.
TouchYourWorld does not promise that Contributions will qualify as tax-deductible donations. Tax treatment can depend on your country and circumstances.
Refunds, Safety & Trust
Refund rights depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Unused purchased Contribution Touches may qualify for cancellation or refund under the Contribution, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Once a Touch has been allocated to a Story, it is normally committed and cannot simply be cancelled because you change your mind.
Contact TouchYourWorld as soon as possible.
Duplicate payments, verified technical errors, unauthorised payments and other qualifying situations can be investigated under the refund policy and Stripe’s payment procedures.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and normally return to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on Stripe, the payment method and your bank.
The related Touches or Story allocations may be frozen, reversed or adjusted.
Money that has been refunded, reversed or successfully charged back cannot remain eligible for payout to a Story recipient.
TouchYourWorld uses platform controls, reporting, moderation and verification to help identify fraud, abuse and prohibited activity.
A Story can be reviewed, paused or removed, and additional information may be requested before contributions or payouts continue.

Community reporting is one of the ways we help protect Your World.
No platform can make that promise simply because a Story has been published.
TouchYourWorld can review Stories, investigate reports, request evidence and apply verification before payout, but publication itself should not be treated as an endorsement or guarantee.
Published Stories are public.
Depending on the Story, information such as your display name, Story media, Touch counts, ranking, comments and outcome updates may be publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.
Only publish information you are comfortable making public.

You keep ownership of the content you submit.
You give TouchYourWorld the permission needed to host, display, moderate and promote that content as part of operating the relevant Story and platform.

Stories should not simply disappear when they finish. Where possible, you should be able to return, see the final result and follow what happened next.

Not every feature may be available in every country.
Payment methods, payout availability, currencies, verification requirements and legal rules can differ depending on where you or the recipient are located.
Everyone can explore public Stories, and eligible free Vote Touches can be available without an account.
